乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,前哨淋巴结(sentinellymph node,SLN)是肿瘤转移的第一站,通过前哨淋巴结的转移状态可以判断患者是否需要进行腋窝淋巴结清扫(axilary lymph nodesdissection,ALND)。本研究采用环介导等温扩增(LAMP?)技术在术中对前哨淋巴结进行快速检测,通过分析细胞角蛋白(CK19)基因、泌乳素诱导蛋白(PIP)基因和胆色素原脱氨酶(PBGD)基因的存在与否,来判断前哨淋巴结是否发生转移,与GeneSearch法判断的结果一致,LAMP?方法具有快速、简便、准确等优点,具有巨大的发展潜力。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. Sentinel lymph node (SLN) is the first stage of tumor metastasis. The metastatic state of sentinel lymph node can determine whether patients need axillary lymph node dissection (ALND). In this study, rapid detection of sentinel lymph node by intracytoplasmic LAMP (?) -mediated technique was used to analyze the expression of cytokeratin (CK19), prolactin-inducible protein (PIP) and porphobilinogen deaminase PBGD) gene to determine whether sentinel lymph node metastasis, and GeneSearch method to judge the results consistent, LAMP? Method has the advantages of fast, simple and accurate, with great potential for development.
