2002年9月,又一个新学年开始,我们将迎来第18个教师节和建国53周年的大喜日子;全国上下都在以更加辉煌的业绩迎接党的十六大胜利召开。新学期,许多一年级起点班将正式实施新课程计划,少先队组织面临着前所未有的教育体制的重大改革。新课程改革包括课程功能改革、课程结构改革、课程模式改革、评价方式改革、课程内容改革以及管理体制改革等六个方面。少先队辅导员要从转变教育观念入手,走科研兴队之路,不断提高广大家长和少先队员对课程改革的认识与理解;要充分发挥少先队组织实践育人、活动育人、服务育人的优势,整合教育资源,形成新的合力,进一步明确思想道德教育是少先队的首要任务,也是立队之本。 9月份少先队活动应以“迎新、敬师、励志”为主题,以全国少工委颁布的“加强少先队思想道德教育深化体验教育的意见”为基本内容,引导少年儿童开展各种实践活动,使新学年的少先队工作有一个全新的开端。
In September 2002, another new school year begins. We will celebrate the 18th Teacher’s Day and the 53rd anniversary of the founding of our nation. The whole country is greeted by the brilliant achievement of the 16th National Congress of the CPC. In the new semester, many first-year start-up classes will formally implement the new curriculum plan, and Young Pioneers organizations will face major reforms in their unprecedented education system. The new curriculum reform includes six aspects: curriculum function reform, curriculum structure reform, curriculum pattern reform, evaluation method reform, curriculum content reform and management system reform. The Young Pioneers Counselors should start with changing their educational concept and take the road of researching and developing teams so as to continuously raise the awareness and understanding of the majority of parents and Young Pioneers on the curriculum reform. They should give full play to the advantages of the Young Pioneers in organizing and practicing education, activity education and service education It is also the primary task of the Young Pioneers to integrate education resources and form a new force to further clarify the ideological and moral education. In September, the Young Pioneer Activity should focus on the theme of “Welcome, Respect and Inspiration” and the “Enhancement of Young Pioneers’ Ideological and Moral Education on Deepening the Experience Education” promulgated by the National Work Committee for Youth as its basic content to guide children and young children in various practical activities so that Young Pioneers work in the new school year has a whole new beginning.
