目的:高原地区健康人血气参考值与平原有明显差异,呼衰、酸碱紊乱的判断标准也相应变化,复合性酸碱紊乱时肺、肾代偿范围亟待研究,并找出适合西宁地区酸碱紊乱代偿公式。方法:选用西宁地区各类酸碱紊乱的临床资料,用直线回归、回归均方差计算。结果:西宁地区各类酸碱紊乱的代偿公式,并与平原公式相比较,差异显著。结论:不能沿用平原代偿公式来计算西宁地区的酸碱紊乱
