持续创新是城市商业银行保持并提升小微金融业务核心竞争力的关键所在。国内城市商业银行应充分发挥其一级法人的体制机制优势以及扎根基层的地缘人缘优势,依托从事小微金融业务的丰富经验,从系统的观点出发推进整体创新。尝试运用服务创新的四维度模型对城商行小微金融创新进行阐述,从概念创新、界面创新、组织创新及技术创新四个维度展开研究,并通过案例的分析提供注解。
Continuous innovation is the key for the city commercial banks to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of their microfinance businesses. Domestic commercial banks in cities should give full play to the advantages of their institutional mechanisms at the first-level legal person as well as take root at the grassroots level. Based on their rich experience in small and micro financial businesses, they should promote overall innovation from a systematic point of view. Try to use the four-dimensional model of service innovation to elaborate the small and micro finance innovation of city commercial firms, and research them from the four dimensions of conceptual innovation, interface innovation, organizational innovation and technological innovation, and provide annotations through case analysis.
