让教师成为学生思想的“舞伴”

据上海、天津、重庆、南京、杭州和南昌六大城市中小学生创造力发展现状调查显示,教师对学生的奇思怪想容忍度极低,致使不少创意在萌芽中夭折。有85%的学生不能在自由发表见解后得到老师赞赏。理由很简单,在教师们看来这些思维敏捷活跃的学生尽提一些与应试“南辕北辙”无聊的问题,不仅影响教学进度,而且破坏了课堂教学秩序。诚然,在教师们看来:死气沉沉的班级令人压抑,热闹非凡的班级令人头痛,活而不乱的班级应该是我们班级管理的理想境界。这些教师们理想的教学境界就是将学生的任务定 According to the survey on the current situation of primary and secondary school students ’creativity in the six major cities of Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Nanchang, the teachers are extremely tolerant of the curious students’ absurdity, causing many creative ideas to die in their infancy.
