出于竞争和互利的需要 ,银行业和证券业掀起了合作的热潮。银证合作有力的推动了券商的业务发展 ,也给券商带来了新的问题和挑战。本文从当前银证合作具体方式入手 ,分析了各类合作业务的特点 ,在此基础上总结出银证合作对券商的四点重要意义 ,最后就券商如何应对银证合作提出了若干点建议
Due to the need of competition and mutual benefit, banking and securities industry set off a wave of cooperation. The cooperation between banks and securities companies has effectively promoted the business development of the securities dealers and also brought new problems and challenges to the securities dealers. This article starts with the concrete ways of cooperation between banks and securities companies and analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of cooperation businesses. Based on this, it summarizes the four points significance of the cooperation between banks and banks on securities companies. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the cooperation between banks and banks.
