心理压力一直以来都是社会所普遍关注的话题,尤其在社会转型的环境背景下,公务员面临着工作、社会、家庭、人格等多方面的压力。然而,在当下公务员的心理压力还并没有得到足够的重视。众多问题与困惑的干扰,导致部分公务员心理压力增大,长期处于心理失衡状态。作为国家公务员,必需具备有良好的心理调适能力,主动学习心理常识,正确认识心理问题,促进自身本职工作的顺利完成。文章从心理健康的标准划分出发,列举了公务员在学习工作过程中常见的心理,并分析其产生的原因,从心理调适角度提出了改善措施。
Psychological stress has always been a topic of universal concern in the community. In particular, in the context of social transformation, civil servants are under pressure to work, society, families and personalities. However, the psychological pressure of civil servants in the present moment has not been given enough attention. Interference caused by many problems and puzzles has led to increased psychological pressure on some civil servants and long-term psychological imbalance. As a national civil servant, we must have good psychological adjustment ability, take the initiative to learn psychological common sense, correct understanding of psychological problems, and promote the smooth completion of our own work. Starting from the standard division of mental health, the article lists the common psychology of civil servants in the process of studying and working out, analyzes the causes of them, and puts forward the improvement measures from the angle of psychological adjustment.
