教育管理与非教育管理比较起来,教育管理就是一个相当复杂的管理过程。教育管理就是要求领导者通过一系列的组织和调动,充分地利用好学校的教育人力、财力、物力等资源,并综合教育内部的优势,高效率地完成教学目标。因为教育管理的教育性,使得教育管理面对的对象是复杂的。教师本身的工作就具有创造性和复杂性,对于教师心理特征的把握就变得复杂。在现在这样开放的环境下,教育管理的方法急需要改变,来适应整个环境的变化,目的是最终能够出色的完成教育目标。为了提高教育管理的效率,我们将企业的管理方法运用到教育管理中。目标管理法是我们引进的一个管理方法,并且运用到实践中去。本文就对目标管理法在教育管理实践中的具体流程进行研究、探讨。
Education Management Compared with non-education management, education management is a very complicated management process. Educational management requires that leaders, through a series of organizational and mobilization, make full use of the resources of education, such as human, financial and material resources, and integrate the advantages within the education so as to accomplish the teaching goal efficiently. Because of the educational nature of educational management, the object of educational management is complicated. The teacher’s own work is creative and complex, and the teacher’s psychological characteristics are complicated. In such an open environment, the method of education management needs to be changed urgently to adapt to the changes of the whole environment so as to achieve the goal of excellent education finally. In order to improve the efficiency of education management, we apply the management methods of enterprises to education management. Goals Management Act is a management method that we introduce, and put into practice. This article will study and discuss the specific process of the target management law in educational management practice.
