本文阐述了近年来国内外食品中砷及砷化合物的分析检测方法及其进展,尤其是分离、测定方法的进展情况,并对常见的近10种分析方法的原理、特点进行了比较。为探索食品中砷及砷化合物的更有效的检测方法提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the methods of detection and analysis of arsenic and arsenic compounds in foods at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed, especially the progress of separation and determination methods. The principle and characteristics of nearly 10 kinds of analysis methods are also compared. It provides a reference for exploring more effective detection methods of arsenic and arsenic compounds in food.
