核心提示:我国对食品企业生产实施许可制度。食品企业在组织生产过程中,必须选择指定产品的执行标准。执行标准可以是国家标准、行业标准、地方标准和企业标准。企业标准是食品执行标准的一种,食品伙伴网信息服务部标准法规组经过梳理发现,2009年食品安全法和2015年食品安全法实施之前之后,企业标准的管理都发生了变化。近日,国务院法制办就食品安全法实施条例草案送审稿征求意见,其中对企业标准的管理又做出进一步规定。
