提出了从材料保护和摩擦学角度出发对电流变 (ER)悬浮介质材料的应用性能进行系统分析与考察的必要性。系统考察了几种ER悬浮介质材料 (氯化石蜡油、硅油、液体石蜡油、蓖麻油 )及自行研制的保护氯化石蜡油的锈蚀性、水解安定性及其热稳定性、摩擦学性能 ,其数据可为ER材料的工程应用借鉴。
The necessity of systematically analyzing and examining the application performance of electrorheological (ER) suspending media is put forward from the perspective of material protection and tribology. The corrosion resistance, hydrolytic stability, thermal stability and tribological properties of several ER suspension mediums (chlorinated paraffins, silicone oils, liquid paraffinic oils and castor oils) as well as self-developed protective chlorinated paraffins were investigated systematically. The data can be used for ER engineering applications.
