针对煤层松软破碎导致的瓦斯抽放钻孔成孔率低、钻孔深度浅的问题,利用梳状钻孔治理瓦斯的抽采工艺,将主孔布置于顶/底板稳定岩层中,控制分支孔进入煤层进行瓦斯抽采,可提高钻孔深度。结合赵庄矿应用条件,优化钻孔布孔形式、布孔层位和分支孔施工工艺,赵庄矿应用表明:该工艺在松软煤层中钻孔抽采深度可以达到300 m以上,分支孔间距可以缩短至24 m,优化出了双重分支孔布孔形式,有效提高了钻孔瓦斯抽采效果。
