目的 观察辐射对大鼠氨基酸代谢的影响以及添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对于辐射损伤的恢复作用。方法 以60Co-γ射线对大鼠照射造成全身辐射损伤,饲喂添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺和L-[1-14C]Leu的营养液,48h后收集脏器和血液样本并进行测定。结果 大鼠接受辐射后出现了氨基酸水平改变的现象,添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺可明显降低Leu氧化、改善血浆及骨骼肌氨基酸水平。结论 照射导致必需支链氨基酸(BCAA)的氧化及其代谢紊乱,通过给机体添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺可加以改善。
Objective To observe the effect of radiation on amino acid metabolism in rats and the effect of alanyl glutamine on the recovery of radiation injury. Methods Whole body radiation injury was induced by irradiation with 60Co-γ-rays in rats, fed with nutrient solution containing alanylglutamine and L- [1-14C] Leu, and organ and blood samples were collected and measured after 48 hours. Results Amino acids changed after irradiation in rats. Adding alanylglutamine significantly reduced Leu oxidation and ameliorated amino acids in plasma and skeletal muscle. Conclusion Irradiation leads to the oxidation of essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and its metabolic disorders, which can be ameliorated by the addition of alanylglutamine to the body.
