目的引导骨再生膜技术被广泛应用于牙周治疗和口腔种植等领域.本研究的目的是观察其与人工骨联合使用的短期临床疗效,以便更好指导临床治疗.方法随机选取20例牙槽突裂患者.将研究对象随机分成两组.对照组6人.用骨诱导活性材料(OAM)植入做牙槽突裂的修复;实验组14人.植入骨诱导活性材料(OAM)及海奥口腔修复膜修复牙槽突裂。于术后1周及1月分别用锥形束CT测量植骨区宽度及高度.结果实验组和对照组在A、B、C三点平均骨流失量.经锥形束CT测量.统计学分析比较后有差异,P<0.05.有统计学意义.结论引导骨再生膜技术与人工骨结合修复牙槽崝裂较单纯使用人工骨在短期内临床效果更佳.
