钼在硫酸—苦杏仁酸—氯化钾溶液中能产生一个灵敏度很高(1×10~(-10))的单峰极谱催化波,催化波大小与钼的浓度有很好的线性关系。方法干扰元素少,适用于土壤、煤、煤灰中微量钼的测定。干扰元素影响如下,在含有0.5μg钼的50ml测定液中,硅、铝、铜、铅、锌、铬、钒等无干扰,大于20倍的钨、锡对测定有影响。试样处理:称取0.5000g试样于高铝坩埚中,加过氧化钠3~4g.搅拌均匀并复盖一层,置于700℃高温炉中熔融15min取出冷却,热水浸取,于电热板上加热煮沸,冷却后移入100ml量瓶中,稀至刻度摇匀。
