细胞凋亡又称细胞程序性死亡,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。在生物体内可以通过凋亡清除潜在的有害细胞,且不会导致炎症反应或瘢痕形成。因此,诱导细胞凋亡已成为发展化疗药物的重要策略。随着深海采集技术的发展,海洋来源的天然产物已经成为抗肿瘤药物的重要来源。近年来发现了数百种可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的海洋来源的化合物,其中大多具有良好的抗肿瘤活性。本文基于不同海洋来源的化合物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的分子机制,对其抗肿瘤作用进行了综述,并提出了这类天然产物研究存在的问题及发展前景。
Apoptosis, also known as apoptosis, plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. Potentially unwanted cells can be cleared by apoptosis in the organism without causing inflammatory reactions or scarring. Therefore, the induction of apoptosis has become an important strategy for the development of chemotherapeutic drugs. With the development of deep-sea acquisition technology, natural products of marine origin have become an important source of anti-cancer drugs. In recent years, hundreds of marine-derived compounds that induce apoptosis of tumor cells have been found, most of which have good anti-tumor activity. Based on the molecular mechanisms of tumor cell apoptosis induced by compounds of different marine origin, the anti-tumor effects of compounds from these marine sources are summarized. The problems and prospects of the research on these natural products are also proposed.
