人力资源管理是企业文化建设中重要的一部分,企业文化的建设离不开人力资源的不断发展。但如今很多企业在文化建设方面重视不够,直接导致企业渐渐走向衰败,究其原因,就是因为文化建设不能满足企业快速发展的需求。信息高速发展的当代,人力资源已经成为知识经济时代的基础,这是我们都在面临的巨大危机。作为人力资源的延伸,企业要重视企业文化的发展,让企业走上持续发展的道路。
Human resource management is an important part of corporate culture, and the building of corporate culture can not be separated from the continuous development of human resources. However, many enterprises nowadays pay insufficient attention to cultural construction, leading directly to the decline of enterprises gradually. The reason is that cultural construction can not meet the needs of rapid development of enterprises. With the rapid development of information, human resources have become the foundation of the era of knowledge-based economy, which is a tremendous crisis we are all facing. As an extension of human resources, enterprises should attach importance to the development of corporate culture, so that enterprises embark on the path of sustainable development.
