建安七子之冠冕王粲避难荆州十六年时间,与当时兴盛的荆州学派具有紧密的联系,这种联系主要发生在诗赋创作与学术思想两个方面,分别体现这种影响的两个人物是士孙萌与宋衷。通过考察分析王粲与他们的交往,可以深入认识王粲本人思想创作所受影响的源流,以及准确把握以王弼援道入儒为代表的高平王氏家学形成传承与荆州学派的紧密联系。同时,这一时期名医张仲景与王粲交往并对其最终病亡作出预见,其实包含了王粲生活经历、文学创作、思想变迁等丰富的背景信息。
