农八师一四二团六营三十一连是个以种植粮食作物为主的农业连队,由于各种原因,职工收入偏低、承包土地的积极性不高,外出打工、脱岗的年轻职工较多。针对这种情况,连长马进贤主持制定了减负让利、稳定职工队伍、增加职工收入等管理措施。首先是下调土地利费,将职工承包亩利费由150元降至127元,此举,使职均增收1000余元。其次是减轻职工负担,将单位原来的11名干部减至5人,此项使职工减负近千元。
