5′-醛基腺苷分别与硫代氨基脲、羟胺或2,4-二硝基苯肼缩合得到相应的缩氨基硫脲、肟或腙的衍生物。
Condensation of 5’-aldoladenosine with thiosemicarbazone, hydroxylamine or 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine respectively gives the corresponding thiosemicarbazone, oxime or hydrazone derivatives.
