目的:观察氧化槐定碱(Oxysophoridine,OSR)对麻醉大鼠海马区脑生物电(EEG)变化及其功率谱的影响。方法:利用脑立体定位技术,将电极置入大鼠海马脑区,采用单极引导法及计算机辅助FFT技术记录并分析氧化槐定碱对大鼠海马脑生物电变化的影响。结果:侧脑室注射(icv)氧化槐定碱2.5、5、10mg/只,大鼠海马脑电图出现以低幅慢波为主并伴有梭形睡眠波的波形,脑电总功率有一定下降,主频略有后移(P<0.05),θ波占总频率比例明显升高(P<0.05),但δ波比例下降(P<0.05),主频后移。结论:氧化槐定碱具有中枢抑制作用,其作用与降低海马脑生物电活动有关;海马核团可能是氧化槐定碱中枢抑制作用传导环路上的结构之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Oxysophoridine (OSR) on changes of brain bioelectricity (EEG) and its power spectrum in the hippocampus of anesthetized rats. METHODS: Using a three-dimensional brain localization technique, the electrodes were placed in the hippocampal brain region of rats. The unipolar guiding method and computer-assisted FFT technique were used to record and analyze the effect of valutadine on the brain bioelectrical changes in the rat hippocampus. RESULTS: Intracerebroventricular injection of (icv) lanthanide oxide 2.5, 5, and 10 mg/animal, electroencephalogram of rat hippocampus appeared mainly with low-amplitude slow wave and accompanied by the waveform of spindle-shaped sleep waves. Decreased, the main frequency shifted back slightly (P<0.05), the ratio of theta wave to total frequency increased significantly (P<0.05), but the ratio of delta wave decreased (P<0.05), and the main frequency shifted backwards. Conclusion: Sodium oxysulfate has a central inhibitory effect, and its action is related to the decrease of brain electrical activity in the hippocampus. The hippocampal nuclei may be one of the structures on the conduction loop of the inhibitory effect of lanthanide oxide.
