当前,在老厂改造中面临的问题之一,就是在原有的建筑结构条件下如何提高生产能力,增设起重设施。许多乡镇企业原有厂房按无吊车方案设计,由于生产的发展需要加设起重设施,也有一些老厂要在原已留有牛腿的车间增设桥式吊车。然而这些厂房大部分檐口标高较低,只有5~6m左右,室内净跨距大部分均系非标准跨度,并且车间内都在进行生产、堆放材料工具,施工可用场地狭少。在这样的条件下,若采用钢筋混凝土吊车梁,无论在施工和起重吊装过程中都有许多困难。如果用轻型钢轨吊车梁则简单易行,可顺利地解决承重结构问题,且施工期短,投资省,能取得较好的效果。

There are few construction sites available. Under such conditions, if reinforced concrete crane beams are used, there are many difficulties in construction and hoisting. If the light rail crane beam is simple, it can smoothly solve the bearing structure problems, and the construction period is short, the investment province can achieve good results.
