根据党的“十六大”提出的“制定国家中长期科学和技术发展规划”的战略性任务 ,国家科教领导小组决定由科技部会同有关部门着手研究制定国家中长期科技发展规划。为配合此项工作 ,中国科协启动了《2 0 2 0年的中国科学和技术》发展研究工作。该研究从科技社团和专家学者的角度为国家制定科技长远发展规划提供意见和建议 ,为我国 2 0 2 0年科技的发展勾画蓝图。中国地球物理学会按照中国科协的要求 ,组织各专业委员会、部分专家和研究人员撰写了《2 0 2 0年的中国地球物理学发展研究》 ,经常务理事和部分专家审阅后提交中国科协。该研究报告分四大部分 :1、战略需求 ;2、发展目标 ;3、战略重点 ;4、保障措施和对策建议。现将报告中的主要内容分两期刊登 ,以供参考。
According to the strategic task proposed in the “16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China” in formulating the national plan for long-term scientific and technological development, the leading group of the state science and education decided that the Ministry of Science and Technology should jointly study with the relevant departments to formulate plans for the development of national medium and long-term science and technology. To tie in with this work, China Association for Science and Technology has initiated the research work on the development of China's science and technology in 2020. From the perspective of science and technology associations and experts and scholars, the study provides advice and suggestions for the formulation of long-term development plans for science and technology in the country and draws a blueprint for the development of science and technology in our country in 2020. According to the requirements of China Association for Science and Technology, China Geophysical Society has organized various professional committees, some experts and researchers to write the “Study on the Development of Geophysics in China in 2020”. After review by the executive director and some experts, the China Geoscience Society . The research report is divided into four parts: 1, strategic needs; 2, development goals; 3, strategic priorities; 4, safeguard measures and countermeasures and suggestions. Now the main contents of the report published in two phases, for reference.
