用快速凝固和热变形处理的Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金,对Ak-Si-Mg铝轮毂材料进行处理。试验结果表明:Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金可以对Al-7Si- 0.35 Mg合金有效地细化与变质;改善Al-Ti-B-Sr的细化与变质效果,Al-Si-Mg合金的抗拉强度和延伸率较Al-Ti-B、Al-Sr两种中间合金分别加入时提高了约10%和25%。
Ak-Si-Mg aluminum wheel hub material is treated with rapidly solidified and hot-deformed Al-Ti-B-Sr master alloy. The results show that Al-Ti-B-Sr master alloy can effectively refine and degrade Al-7Si-0.35Mg alloy, improve the refinement and modification effect of Al-Ti- Compared with Al-Ti-B and Al-Sr, the tensile strength and elongation of Mg alloy increase by about 10% and 25%, respectively.
