对107例中老年胃癌患者作了紫暗舌及与年龄关系的研究，结果显示：①胃癌患者有较高的紫暗舌阳性率（63／107）；②经Ridit检验，中老年胃癌患者的高紫暗舌阳性率与年龄没有关系，各年龄段胃癌患者的紫暗舌阳性率并没有随着年龄的增长而递增。提示：中老年胃癌患者的高紫暗舌阳性率是疾病所致，活血化瘀法可以作为中老年胃癌患者的治疗大法之一。
The study of purple tongue and age in 107 cases of middle-aged and old patients with gastric cancer showed that: 1 The positive rate of purple tongue was higher in patients with gastric cancer (63/107); 2 The middle-aged and elderly patients with gastric cancer were examined by Ridit test. The positive rate of tongue with high purple tongue has no relation with age. The positive rate of purple tongue in patients with gastric cancer in each age group does not increase with age. Tip: The high purple tongue tongue positive rate in middle-aged and old patients with gastric cancer is caused by diseases. The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be used as one of the treatment methods for middle-aged and elderly patients with gastric cancer.
