办公楼作为人们工作和生活的主要场所,其室内的装修质量应该受到人们的重视。加强办公楼装饰装修施工技术的研究不仅是我国市场经济稳定运行的实际需要,同时也是企业自身实现全面发展的重要举措。因此本文尝试以某办公楼为实际案例,首先研究了办公楼装饰装修施工过程中存在的难点与问题,指出了在保障装修施工工期,施工管理跨度大方面存在的难点,还分别探讨了室内吊顶工程、隔墙工程、地面石材铺设和墙面钢挂石材和室外玻璃幕墙等局部特殊部位处理的技术要点、,就以上各环节施工过程中的技术开展措施以及注意事项进行了系统分析与研究。
As the main place where people work and live, the interior decoration quality of office should be taken seriously by people. Strengthening the research on the construction technology of office building decoration is not only the actual need of the stable operation of the market economy in our country, but also an important measure for the enterprises to realize their own all-round development. Therefore, this paper attempts to take an office building as an actual case, first of all, studies the difficulties and problems in the construction of office building decoration, points out the difficulties in the construction period of security decoration, large span of construction management, but also separately discusses the indoor ceiling Engineering, partition wall engineering, ground stone laying and wall steel hanging stone and outdoor glass curtain wall and other local special parts of the technical points of treatment, the above aspects of the construction process of technical measures and precautions were systematically analyzed and studied.
