为探讨中学教师这一人群的个性特征，为中学教师的管理和使用提供参考。本文应用Ｅｙｓｅｎｃｋ个性问卷（成年）法对１５７名中学教师进行了测试，并与我国常模比较。结果表明，中学教师的个性特征是１．个性外倾２．掩饰性较高３．不同学科教师个性类型分布基本一致。
In order to explore the personality characteristics of middle school teachers in this population, it provides a reference for the management and use of middle school teachers. In this paper, 157 secondary school teachers were tested by Eysenck personality questionnaire (adult) method and compared with our norm. The results show that the personality characteristics of high school teachers is 1. Outward personality 2. Highly concealed 3. Teachers of different subject types are basically the same.
