在当今小学体育课程改革与教学改革发展的关键时期,急需尽快寻找出实施更加有效的体育教学策略,运用目标整合与单元构建思想,认真高质量地上好每一节体育课,才能实现小学《体育与健康课程标准》提出地“课程目标”、“学习领域目标”和“109项具体目标”。如何实施更加有效的体育教学路径,克服体育教学的“虚”实施体育教学的“实”是本文研究的问题。
