针对成品PID控制仪表在金刚石烧结机控制系统中使用的局限性,设计一种金刚石制品烧结机智能控制系统。根据被控对象的模型不确定性和大延迟等特点,提出一种基于继电整定的模糊PID控制算法,实现了对温度和压力的精确控制。该系统能实时显示整个加工工艺曲线,更有利于把握产品加工质量。实验及实际运行结果表明:该系统温度控制精度高,使用方便,运行可靠,在金刚石、石墨等加工行业有很大的实用价值。
In view of the limitations of the finished PID control instrument used in the diamond sintering machine control system, an intelligent control system of the diamond sintering machine is designed. According to the model uncertainty and large delay of the controlled object, a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on relay tuning is proposed, which realizes accurate control of temperature and pressure. The system can display real-time processing curve of the whole process, more conducive to grasp the quality of product processing. Experimental and practical results show that the system has high temperature control accuracy, easy to use and reliable operation, and has great practical value in the processing industries such as diamond and graphite.
