用紫外可见分光光度计测量了碲镉汞样品的反射谱,在基本反射区有两个主要反射峰E1和E2,E1峰分裂为双峰结构.利用电子跃迁的量子理论,指认E1峰为〈111〉方向Λ4,5→Λ6的跃迁;E1+Δ1峰为〈111〉方向Λ6→Λ6的跃迁;E2峰为〈100〉方向X7→X6的跃迁.计算结果与实验结果相符
The reflectance spectra of HgCdTe samples were measured by UV-visible spectrophotometer. There were two main reflection peaks E1 and E2 in the basic reflection region, and the E1 peak was split into a bimodal structure. Using the quantum theory of electron transition, the E1 peak is identified as the transition of Λ4,5 → Λ6 in the <111> direction; the E1 + Δ1 peak is the transition of the Λ6 → Λ6 in the <111> direction; and the E2 peak is the transition of the X7 → X6 in the <100> direction. The calculation results are consistent with the experimental results
