目的研究灭蚊幼剂获证登记和现场评价方法。方法外环境孳生地采集幼虫和人为孳生地诱卵孳生幼虫的现场试验方法。结果现场试验用药为1%双硫磷颗粒剂;孳生地采集幼虫试验方法,4周内相关密度指数(RPI)<5,控制效果良好,且蚊虫在试验场所能形成种群;人为创建孳生地中的轮胎法4周内RPI<5,水泥池法3周内RPI<10。结论2种试验方法均可作为速效灭蚊剂的现场效果评价或获证登记评价的试验方法。
Objective To study the registration and on-site evaluation of mosquito-killing agents. Methods Field test methods for collecting larvae and oviposited larvae collected from larvae and breeding grounds outside the habitat. Results The field test was 1% decongestant. The larvae were collected at breeding sites. The relative density index (RPI) was less than 5 within 4 weeks. The control effect was good and the mosquitoes formed the population in the test site. Of the tire method within 4 weeks RPI <5, cement pool method within 3 weeks RPI <10. Conclusion Both of the two test methods can be used as quick-acting mosquito killing agent on-site evaluation or certification test registration evaluation method.
