高原地区气候条件恶劣,普通道面混凝土难以满足机场道面抗冻耐久性要求。在冻融损伤机理和影响因素分析的基础上,通过掺加高效减水剂和引气剂,配制了高原机场道面高抗冻性混凝土,并进行了冻融性能试验。试验结果表明,所配制的混凝土强度和和易性均满足设计要求,抗冻等级达到F500以上。通过拟合计算建立了高抗冻性混凝土损伤度与冻融循环次数变化之间的拟合公式。
The climatic conditions in the plateau are harsh, and ordinary pavement concrete can not meet the requirement of anti-freeze durability of airport pavement. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of freeze-thaw damage and the influencing factors, high pavement frost resistance concrete of high altitude airport was prepared by adding superplasticizer and air entraining agent, and the freeze-thaw performance test was carried out. The test results show that the prepared concrete strength and workability meet the design requirements, antifreeze grade above F500. Through the fitting calculation, the fitting formula between the degree of damage of high freezing resistance concrete and the change of freeze-thaw cycles was established.
