溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明的直肠和结肠炎症性疾病 ,其发病机制不明。我科 1991— 2 0 0 3年采用中西医结合方法治疗此病患者 4 0例 ,疗效满意 ,现报道如下。1　临床资料1 1　一般资料　上述时期我院消化内科共收治符合《内科学》[1] 中有关诊断标准的溃疡性结肠炎患者 77例 Ulcerative colitis is an unexplained inflammatory disease of the rectum and colon whose pathogenesis is unknown.
