目的提出冷饮食品中镁的样品前处理方法和火焰原子吸收检测方法以应对突发事件。方法冷饮食品中的镁经3种样品前处理方法:湿式消解法、干灰化法、微波消解法后用火焰原子吸收法测定。结果 3种方法的相对标准差RSD为0.72%~1.33%,加标回收率为92%~103%。结论 3种样品前处理方法的灵敏度、精密度都较高,准确率好,适用于冷饮食品中镁的分析测定。
Objective To propose a method for the pretreatment of magnesium in cold food samples and flame atomic absorption spectrometry to deal with emergencies. Methods The magnesium in the cold food samples was subjected to three sample pretreatment methods: wet digestion, dry ashing and microwave digestion followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the three methods were 0.72% ~ 1.33%, and the recoveries were 92% ~ 103%. Conclusion The sensitivity and precision of the three sample pretreatment methods are both high and accurate, which is suitable for the analysis and determination of magnesium in cold foods.
