本文主要概述企业人力资源管理部门的薪酬满意度现状,从人力资源管理人员薪酬情况出发,对员工的薪酬实际调查报告作出合理化分析,明确我国目前人力资源因地域差异薪资分布不均的问题,导致不同行业之间薪酬差异较大,笔者从如何提高企业人力资源管理者的待遇入手,提出一些提高人力资源管理人员薪酬满意度的对策和建议。
This paper mainly summarizes the status quo of the enterprise’s human resources management department’s salary satisfaction, starting from the salary situation of the human resources management staff, makes a reasonable analysis of the actual salary report of the employees, clarifies the current problem of uneven distribution of the salary of human resources in our country due to the geographical difference, The salary difference between different industries is quite big. The author starts with how to improve the treatment of human resource managers and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the salary satisfaction of human resource managers.
