目的评估航天员短期在轨飞行中的情绪调节能力和情绪反应倾向。方法采用积极情绪量表对“神舟”9号3名航天员13 d在轨空间飞行环境下的积极情绪和额区EEG偏侧化程度进行了测量。结果发现3名航天员在飞行前、飞行中和飞行后呈现出积极情绪活动水平逐渐升高而后略有下降的变化趋势;神经电活动的记录显示,额区EEG偏侧化的变化趋势与积极情绪的变化趋势接近。结论航天员短期在轨飞行没有达到衰弱化症候的易感期,且由于良好的心理对抗措施,其积极情绪整体水平较高。额区EEG偏侧化与积极情绪变化相关联,可能反映了即时的情绪调节能力。
Objective To evaluate the astronaut’s emotion regulation ability and emotional reaction in short-term orbit flight. Methods The positive emotion scale and the EEG lateralization of the frontal area of 13 Shenzhou-9 astronauts were measured by the positive emotion scale in orbit space flight. The results showed that the three astronauts showed a trend of positive emotion activity increasing gradually and then slightly decreasing before, during and after flight. The record of neuroelectrical activity showed that the trend of EEG lateralization in the frontal area was positive Emotional changes in the trend close. Conclusion Astronauts did not reach the susceptible stage of weakening syndrome on short-term on-orbit, and their overall positive emotion was high due to good psychological countermeasures. Correlation of frontal EEG lateralization with changes in positive emotions may reflect immediate emotional conditioning.
