專署專員: (一)爲了開展全省疫病預防工作,除省成立防疫醫療大隊外,各專成立防疫醫療小隊两個(每隊十人),定名爲某某專署防疫醫療隊,歸專署直接領導(其編制在行政編制以外列表附後)。 (二)長治專署可由省立長治醫院編餘人員內抽調編成兩個小隊,如醫生缺乏,應從地方醫院抽調配備。 (三)除長治專署外,其他專署由省防疫大隊派一個小隊分赴各專,屬於各專防疫隊的編制名額,其餘人數不足者,由專署從地方醫院抽補配備之。
