集体备课作为教师合作探究的一个平台,有利于发挥群体的智慧,能有效地弥补教师个体备课的不足,更能使教师在思想认识上相互融注自己的教学观点,在碰撞交锋中完善自己的教学设计,是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。针对农村小学特点,充分利用集体备课,设计出既凸显教学共性与个性特色,又实现资源共享的生态教育理念,达到通过集体备课促进教学质量均衡发展、促进教师专业成长的目的。
