本研究以目前毛木耳生产上使用较多的木屑、玉米芯、棉籽壳为主要原料,设计了4个处理和2种出耳模式进行毛木耳栽培试验。结果表明:以木屑为主料产量最高、耳片多糖含量也最高;以玉米芯为主料的耳片性状最好,但多糖和粗脂肪含量最低;复合料栽培毛木耳的综合性状最好,粗纤维含量最高。三角垛式比夹袋墙式栽培产量较高、干耳颜色较浅、耳片较薄;三角垛式栽培各处理分别比夹袋墙式的粗纤维稍高,而粗蛋白含量较低。
In this study, we used shavings, corn cob and cottonseed hulls, which are mostly used in the production of fur, to study the effects of four treatments and two kinds of ear patterns on the cultivation of fur fungus. The results showed that the highest yield and the highest content of polysaccharide in the ears were mainly made of sawdust. The ears with the corn cob as the main material had the best performance but the lowest contents of polysaccharides and crude fat. Crude fiber content is the highest. Triangular pallets had higher yield than wall-bagged wall, lighter dry ear color, and thinner ears. Triangular pallets had slightly higher crude protein content than bag-wall-type coarse fibers.
