素质教育的重点是培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。课堂教学是教育的主要形式,也是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的主要途径,因此加强和改进课堂教学是推进素质教育的重要工作。传统教育教师注重传授、灌输知识经验,忽视学生的地位和权利,忽视能力、个性特长的培养。实施素质教育应该让学生有更多的机会参与创新实践活动,也可以认为整个课堂教学过程就是学生进行创新实践活动的场所。为了实现这个目标,必须调整教师的教学策略选择,本文试就此展开讨论。一、“亲”的教学策略
