作者报导测量腹部恶性淋巴瘤采用不规则倒丫形放射野放疗时各器官所负荷之放射剂量。以远距离钴~(60)机、6Mv 直线加速器、10Mv 直线加速器作为放射源。以Alderson 体模作为放射时摸拟人体之模型。以热释光方法及胶片方法作为剂量测定方法。放射靶区包括主动脉旁、髂区、腹股沟区淋巴结及脾区。以靶区中心线部位测得剂量之平均值作为参考剂量。测量结果:肾负荷量——右肾仅左上极部分负荷参考剂量之90%,绝大部分负荷均小于参考剂量之10%。左
The authors reported that radiation doses of various organs were applied to the treatment of abdominal malignant lymphomas using Irregular Radiotherapy. A distant cobalt 60 machine, 6 Mv linear accelerator, and 10 Mv linear accelerator were used as radioactive sources. The Alderson phantom is used as a model for simulating the human body as radiation. The thermoluminescence method and the film method are used as dosimetry methods. Radiation targets include the aortic, temporal, and inguinal lymph nodes and spleen. The average value of the dose measured at the target center line was used as a reference dose. Measured results: renal load - right kidney only the left upper pole partial load reference dose of 90%, most of the load is less than 10% of the reference dose. left
