作者通过对29例软肉瘤组织中染色体的观察,分析了人肉瘤细胞中染色体的畸变。先用胶原酶解聚肉瘤组织,接着将细胞培养2~3天,然后对获得的15例中期分裂相进行了分析。结果发现只有4例为正常核型,其余11例肉瘤细胞的核型,无论在结构上及数量上都表现出各种各样的畸变。其中8例为近二倍体,剩下的三例为近似三倍体。对细胞G带和Q带的分析结果发现,11例具有标记染色体的肉瘤都有
By observing chromosomes in 29 soft sarcoma tissues, the authors analyzed chromosome aberrations in human sarcoma cells. The sarcoma tissue was first disaggregated with collagenase, then the cells were cultured for 2 to 3 days, and then the 15 intermediate metastatic phases obtained were analyzed. It was found that only 4 cases were normal karyotypes, and the karyotypes of the other 11 sarcoma cells showed various aberrations both in structure and in number.
