高校图书馆是学校的图书资料情报中心,是学校建设的三大支柱之一,为适应高校教学和科研发展的需要,高校图书馆情报咨询工作亟需加强,然而,只靠有限的图书馆专业大学毕业生来补充、承担,不仅人数不多,且业务素质短时间内也很难达到工作上的要求。因此,聘请老教师从事情报咨询工作不失为一条良策。这里,扰我馆这方面工作实践,谈谈高校馆聘请老教师从事情报咨询工作的优越性。
University library is the school’s library information center, is one of the three pillars of school construction, in order to meet the needs of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, the information consulting needs of university libraries urgently need to be strengthened, however, rely on limited library professional University graduates to supplement, bear, not only the small number, and business quality is also difficult to meet the job requirements within a short period of time. Therefore, hiring an old teacher to engage in information consulting work is a good policy. Here, I interfere with our practice in this area, talk about the university teachers to hire older teachers engaged in the work of intelligence superiority.
