1基本概念随着我国工业的快速发展和人们对余热资源的重视程度的加大,废热锅炉在工业生产中越来越受到关注,并得到广泛应用,尤其是在化工、冶金、建材等行业。废热锅炉又称余热锅炉,它是利用生产过程中的高温物流作为热源来生产蒸汽的换热器。它既是工艺流程中高温物流的冷却器,又是利用余热提供蒸汽的动力装置。若只利用余热,则无需燃烧设备;若利用可燃物质,则需设置特殊燃烧设备。余热锅炉已不仅仅是孤立的回收余热的设备,而是目前高耗能工业企业
