工商管理培训存在两个主要问题:一是任务落实还不够好;二是培训质量还不够高。解决这一问题应当做好三个方面的工作:第一,澄清企业管理者的模糊认识。我们现今的企业管理人员大部分属于“经验型”和“专业技术型”人员,缺乏这种知识和能力的教育和训练。在市场经济、知识经济和经济全球化的今天,不补上这一课,管理企业就会感到力不从心。就会被激烈的竞争所淘汰。企业经营管理人员,要做好企业经营管理的决策、参谋、参与和执行工作,没有系统的经营管理知识是不行的。
There are two major problems in business administration training: one is that the task is not implemented enough; and the other is that the quality of training is not high enough. To solve this problem, we should do a good job in three aspects: First, clarify the vague understanding of the enterprise managers. Most of our business managers now belong to “experienced” and “technologically skilled” people, lacking the education and training of such knowledge and abilities. In the market economy, knowledge economy and economic globalization today, do not make up this lesson, management companies will feel powerless. It will be eliminated by the fierce competition. Business management personnel, to make business management decisions, staff, participation and implementation of the work, there is no systematic management knowledge is not enough.
