目的:总结膀胱脂肪肉瘤的诊治经验及预后。方法:回顾性分析2000年6月我院收治的1例膀胱脂肪肉瘤患者术后14年随访情况:男,50岁,术前诊断为膀胱肿瘤。最后因膀胱脂肪肉瘤行膀胱全切术、回盲肠代膀胱阑尾可控膀胱术。结果:随访14年未见远处转移。术后14年来,每天每2小时自行导尿1次,控尿良好,未见肾积水及代膀胱结石发生,全身情况良好。结论:膀胱脂肪肉瘤临床罕见,术前诊断率低,膀胱镜下深部活检可提高术前诊断率。高分化脂肪肉瘤预后较好,如能手术切除,应尽可能较大范围切除;结合其病理特点辅助放化疗可提高疗效。
Objective: To summarize the experience and prognosis of bladder liposarcoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 1 case of bladder liposarcoma in our hospital in June 2000 was followed up for 14 years: Male, 50 years old, preoperative diagnosis of bladder cancer. Finally, due to bladder liposarcoma bladder surgery, ileocecal control of the bladder on behalf of the bladder. Results: No distant metastasis was observed after 14 years follow-up. 14 years after surgery, every 2 hours a day catheterization 1, good urine control, no hydronephrosis and bladder stones occurred, the general condition is good. Conclusions: Laparoscopic liposarcoma is rare in clinic. The preoperative diagnosis rate is low. Deep cystoscopy biopsy can improve the preoperative diagnosis rate. Good prognosis of well-differentiated liposarcoma, such as the surgical resection, should be a wide range of resection; combined with its pathological features of adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the curative effect.
