新型棉花化学杀雄剂的使用会影响棉叶中叶绿素的含量 ,第 1次喷药后 ,叶片中叶绿素a ,b及总叶绿素的含量先下降后上升 ,第 2次喷药后 ,叶绿素的含量单调下降 ,与用药前相比 ,14天后 ,叶绿素a的含量下降了 19% ,叶绿素b的含量下降了 2 5 % ,总叶绿素的含量下降了 18%。在杀雄剂中加入金属离子 (Mn2 +) ,叶片中叶绿素的含量变化规律与只用杀雄剂处理的一致 ,下降幅度也基本相同。表面活性剂PPJ和Mn2 +混合使用能有效地提高棉叶中叶绿素的含量 ,处理时间及PPJ的浓度对提高叶片中叶绿素含量的效果有影响。
The use of new cotton chemical killing agents will affect the content of chlorophyll in cotton leaves.
