研究了热等静压(HIP)处理对喷涂层耐磨性及化学成分分布的影响。结果表明,热等静压处理促进了化学成分向基体的扩散、喷涂层的致密度和结合强度的提高,耐磨性提高了近7倍。HIP处理的温度也对耐磨性有影响。
The effects of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) on the wear resistance and chemical composition distribution of sprayed coatings were investigated. The results showed that the hot isostatic pressing promoted the diffusion of chemical components to the matrix, the density and bonding strength of sprayed coatings increased, and the abrasion resistance increased nearly 7 times. The temperature of the HIP treatment also has an influence on the wear resistance.
