采用SHS铝热-重力分离法制备氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管,研究了预热、保温、装料密度、添加剂等因素对所制备的内衬陶瓷复合管涂层厚度的影响,分析了陶瓷层的组织和性能。结果表明,通过预热、保温、控制装料密度和添加剂等可有效地提高熔体流动性,使陶瓷的凝固、结晶过程得到进一步控制,从而达到控制复合管内衬陶瓷层厚度的目的。
