目的分析南昌市4县、5区、3开发(新)区的免疫规划监测管理系统运转状况。方法通过中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统收集南昌市所有县(区)上报的数据,采用描述性方法对相关指标进行流行病学分析。结果通过信息管理系统软件分析南昌市各类接种报表上报及时性,除高新产业技术开发区为66.67%外,其他县(区)报告及时率均能达90%以上,各县(区)疫苗接种报告准确性欠佳,免疫规划管理工作有待加强。结论南昌市免疫规划监测信息管理系统运转良好,为提升免疫规划监测管理系统各项监测指标的敏感性,各县(区)仍需继续加强网络维护,尤其是开发区免疫规划工作需紧跟形势,扩大免疫规划工作队伍,建立健全公共卫生管理体制。
Objective To analyze the operation status of immunization program monitoring and management system in 4 counties, 5 districts and 3 development (new) districts in Nanchang. Methods Data collected from all counties (districts) in Nanchang City were collected through the China Immune Program Monitoring Information Management System, and the descriptive method was used to carry out epidemiological analysis of related indicators. Results The information management system software was used to analyze the timely reporting of all kinds of inoculation reports in Nanchang. Conclusion The monitoring information management system for immunization planning in Nanchang is working well. To enhance the sensitivity of various monitoring indicators of the immunization monitoring system, the counties (districts) still need to continue to strengthen the network maintenance. In particular, the immunization planning in the zone needs to keep up with the situation , Expand the work of immunization planning team, establish and improve public health management system.
